If you want to exchange one or several items you simply have to send your order back to submit a return request on the portal here. We will refund you and you will simply have to place a new order.

• Can I return a discounted product?

Absolutely! The same rules for returning orders placed on the e-shop apply during our sales or private sales periods.

• Can I return an item purchased in-store?

Items purchased in the store can only be exchanged in our stores. Credit notes are also available! Only refunds are not available.

If you have purchased it on the e-shop, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit note. 

You can also go to the store for a refund, exchange, or credit note.

• Are the shipping fees going to be refunded?

Please note that we only refund the returned products and not the different shipping costs you would have paid when placing your order.
